I
originally approached Stefan with some way out ideas on
how I wanted my website set up. Being very computer illiterate
Stefan sorted through the mess you could call my plan and
proceeded to point me in the right direction and advise
me, in simple terms, on how we could best go about getting
the results I WANTED. Working with Stefan and his team was
simple and rewarding. My ideas were listened to and applied
with ease and the end result was worth all the hard work

Now that the site is
up and running I receive numerous requests for my business'

We implemented the
website in early 1999 and although it is dynamic in the sense
that we have had numerous product and price changes since
that time, the basic design of the site remains unchanged.
That proves that it was well thought out in the initial
stages and created so that it could easily be maintained

We use the site as one important component
of our overall marketing and promotions program. All of
our advertising and literature makes reference to the site
and although we do attempt to get search engines and directories
to find our site, we place more importance on directing
prospects to the site through traditional advertising methods.
We consistently receive around 80 visitors per day and we
can be fairly sure that these are intentional visitors and
not casual surfers of the net.
We track all of our enquiries as to where
people heard of us and although many report of hearing of
us through the net, far more have seen one of our ads and
checked out our products on the website before giving us
a call. In that case it provides an instant online brochure
and allows us to make sales without having to send out a
brochure package, thus making significant saving in postage
and printing costs.
The website has undoubtedly been an important
factor in our company's growth over the past four years
and the investment would have paid for itself many times
