Plenty of reasons for Google to relocate to Macquarie Park
The Northern District Times / 19-Apr-2017

The Northern District Times reached out to Ryde Macquarie Park Chamber of Commerce President, Stefan Sojka to invite his opinion on the suggestion that Google relocate their Sydney office to the area. Macquarie Park is a highly successful business district with many large multinational companies located there, as well as a world-class university in Macquarie University, a massive modern shopping centre and a rapidly growing population.
Stefan outlined a number of great reasons for Google to relocate, including the fact that Macquarie Park has been declared an “Innovation District” which will be a huge opportunity for Google and local businesses and community groups to work together for a better future.
Even with the competition to attract Google to other regions being very strong, Macquarie Park has not only a huge number of positive arguments but a force of many parties, including the local Chamber of Commerce, working together to present a case that Google will agree with.
